Your data, our responsibility

Fleet Eats Now is operated by FLEET EATS NOW LLC, a Florida limited liability company (EIN 42-2584546). Our service is a marketplace connecting event hosts with food truck operators in Tampa Bay, Florida.

This Privacy Policy applies to www.fleeteatsnow.com and all related services (the "Service"). Questions or requests under this policy: booking@fleeteatsnow.com.

We collect only the information needed to operate the marketplace and deliver service. Specifically:

• Contact information — your name, email, phone number, and (if you provide it) your company name.
• Event details — the date, location, guest count, event type, and any notes you share when booking.
• Payment information — processed entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. We retain only Stripe's payment reference IDs for reconciliation.
• Booking history — which trucks you've booked, payment status, refunds, and event outcomes.
• SMS opt-in status — whether you ticked the SMS opt-in checkbox at signup or booking, and when. We never SMS you without an explicit opt-in.
• Technical data — basic web analytics (anonymized IP, browser, device type) for performance and abuse prevention.

We use your information solely to operate the Service:

• Confirm and manage your bookings
• Send you transactional emails (booking confirmation, reminders, refund updates)
• Send you transactional SMS, only if you explicitly opted in
• Share necessary event details with the food truck you booked (name, phone, event address, time, guest count)
• Process refunds and payments via Stripe
• Comply with legal obligations (tax, fraud prevention, court orders)
• Improve the Service (anonymized analytics only)

We do not use your data for advertising, retargeting, ad personalization, or any third-party marketing. We don't run ads on this platform.

This section is required disclosure under CTIA and A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging standards.

If you provide your phone number AND tick the dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox at signup or booking, Fleet Eats Now may send you transactional SMS messages (booking confirmations, reminders, refund notifications, day-of arrival ETAs). We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

What we do NOT do with your phone number and mobile information:

• We do not sell your phone number or any mobile information to third parties.
• We do not share your phone number or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• We do not rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your phone number or mobile information for marketing.
• We do not share SMS opt-in status with affiliates or partners.

The only parties who see your phone number:

• Twilio — our SMS infrastructure provider. They transmit the messages on our behalf and are bound by Twilio's own privacy policy. They do not use your number for their own marketing.
• The specific food truck you booked — so they can call you on event day if there are logistics questions (parking, access, late arrivals). They are contractually prohibited from using your number for any other purpose.

Reply STOP to any FleetEatsNow SMS to immediately opt out. Reply HELP for support. See our SMS Policy for full A2P disclosures (message types, frequency, fees).

Outside of the SMS-specific disclosures in Section 4, we share data only with the following subprocessors, each contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose of delivering our Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Mailchimp — email list management for opted-in subscribers only
• Twilio — SMS delivery (for opted-in recipients only)
• Vercel — web hosting
• The specific food truck you booked — limited to event logistics info (name, phone, event address, time, guest count)

We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, social media platforms, or any party not directly necessary to deliver the Service. None of our subprocessors are permitted to share or use your data — including mobile information — for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose data if required by law (subpoena, court order, fraud investigation) or to protect our legal rights, but we'll notify you when we can.

We keep booking records and account data for as long as needed to run the Service and comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records under IRS retention rules).

If you opt out of SMS, your phone number stays on the booking record but is flagged as opted-out so we never message you. To request full deletion of your account and personal data, email booking@fleeteatsnow.com.

You can:

• Access the data we have on you — email us at booking@fleeteatsnow.com
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email (transactional booking emails cannot be opted out of while you have an active booking)
• Object to data processing for any reason — email us to discuss

If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under CCPA (right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale — note we don't sell data). If you're an EU resident, you have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). Email us and we'll honor your request.

We use cookies only for session management (keeping you logged in) and basic anonymized analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, email booking@fleeteatsnow.com and we'll delete it.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify users with active bookings or accounts by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
